Refund & Returns Policy

We want customers to receive the products they ordered in the expected condition. However, SABBSKIN/Skinimalism operates a no return, no exchange, and no refund policy, except in specific circumstances outlined below.

When a Return May Be Accepted

A return may be considered where the goods received are:

• Different from the items ordered through our website, or
• Defective or damaged when received.

Outside these circumstances, products are not normally eligible for return, exchange, or refund.

Return Period

Eligible goods must be returned within 15 days of placing the order through our website. Requests made outside this period may not fall within the return policy described in the provided terms.

Product Condition

Returned products must be in a condition in which they can be sold again. Products that are not returned in a saleable condition may not qualify for a refund.

Refund Processing

When eligible returned goods are received and confirmed to be in a saleable condition, the refund will be credited within 2 days of receipt of the returned goods.

Store Credit

Instead of issuing a refund, store credit may also be provided. The store credit can be used to purchase another item from the website of the same value as the product being returned.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for paying the shipping cost when returning goods. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Where a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from the refund amount.
